At Élan d'Or, we stand behind every piece we make. That's why all our jewellery comes with a 3-month anti-tarnish warranty covering colour and plating.

What's Covered

✔️ Colour fading within 3 months of purchase.
✔️ Plating wear-off under normal everyday use.
✔️ Manufacturing defects such as a broken clasp or a loose stone.

What's Not Covered

❌ Damage from misuse (bending, rough pulling, accidents).
❌ Tarnish caused by chemicals, perfume, or swimming in pools or the sea.
❌ Normal wear-and-tear scratches.
❌ Lost or stolen items.

How to Claim Your Warranty

1. Contact us at cs@elandor.in or on WhatsApp (+91 78380 64878).
2. Share your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue.
3. We'll review and confirm your claim within 48 hours.
4. You'll receive a free replacement of the same piece, or store credit if that piece is no longer available.

• The warranty applies only to purchases made directly on elandor.in.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
• We may ask you to send the original piece back before we ship the replacement.
