At Élan d’Or, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. That’s why we offer a 3-Month Colour & Plating Warranty on all our jewellery.

What’s Covered

✔️ Colour fading within 3 months of purchase.
✔️ Plating wear-off (under normal usage conditions).
✔️ Manufacturing defects like broken clasps or loose stones.

What’s Not Covered

❌ Damage caused by misuse (bending, rough pulling, accidents).
❌ Tarnish due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or swimming pools.
❌ Normal wear-and-tear scratches.
❌ Lost or stolen items.

How to Claim Your Warranty

1. Contact us via cs@elandor.in or WhatsApp here.

2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

3. Our team will verify and approve the warranty claim within 48 hours.

4. You’ll receive a free replacement of the same item (or store credit if replacement is unavailable).

• Warranty is valid only on purchases made directly from elandor.in .

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.

• We may request the old piece to be returned before shipping a replacement.
