1. Is Élan d’Or jewellery waterproof?
Yes, All our pieces are made with 316L stainless steel and 18K PVD coating. They are water-resistant, sweat-proof, and anti-tarnish. But for the longest life, avoid frequent contact with perfumes, strong soaps, and chlorinated pools.
2. Will it tarnish or lose colour?
No! We use premium PVD plating technology which makes jewellery last much longer than ordinary polish. Every piece comes with a 3-month colour warranty. If it fades within this period, we’ll replace it for free.
3. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes 🌸 All our pieces are nickel-free and skin-safe, designed to be hypoallergenic. Perfect for sensitive skin.
4. How fast will I get my order?

Ships in 24 hours from our studio.

Metros: 2–5 business days.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) / Partial COD?
Yes ✅ Partial COD is available with a small fee of ₹59. For prepaid orders, shipping is completely free + 5% Extra Discount on prepaid orders.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Exchanges: Within 7 days, if unused and in original packaging and tags.

Damaged items: Free replacement within 48 hours (just share a photo/video).

Refunds: Not available right now, since we make pieces in small curated batches.
7. What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We’ll replace it free of cost. Just share a photo/video within 48 hours of receiving the package. For more info please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
8. How do I take care of my jewellery?

Store in the pouch provided.

Avoid spraying perfumes directly on metal.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.
