1. Is Élan d'Or jewellery waterproof?

Yes. All our pieces are made with 316L stainless steel and 18K PVD coating. They are water-resistant, sweat-proof, and anti-tarnish. For the longest life, avoid frequent contact with perfumes, strong soaps, and chlorinated pools.

2. Will it tarnish or lose colour?

No. We use premium PVD coating technology which makes jewellery last much longer than ordinary gold plating. Every piece comes with a 3-month colour warranty. If it fades within this period, we'll replace it for free.

3. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free and skin-safe, designed to be hypoallergenic. Perfect for sensitive skin, eczema, and metal allergies.

4. How fast will I get my order?

  • Ships in 24 hours from our studio.
  • Metros: 2–5 business days.
  • Other cities: 5–7 business days.
  • You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

5. What are my payment options?

We accept all major payment methods — UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders include a ₹99 handling fee. Prepaid orders above ₹1,499 ship free, plus get an extra 5% off with code PREPAID5.

6. What is your return policy?

Every Élan D'Or piece is individually quality-checked before it leaves us. We don't accept returns or exchanges — not to be difficult, but because we believe every customer deserves brand new, untouched jewellery. Never worn. Never returned. Yours first.

If something arrives damaged or defective: Share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp and we'll replace it immediately — no questions asked.

7. What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

We'll replace it free of cost. Just share a photo/video within 48 hours of receiving the package. For more info refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

8. How do I take care of my jewellery?

  • Store in the pouch provided.
  • Avoid spraying perfumes directly on metal.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.
  • Keep away from moisture when storing.

9. Do you ship internationally?
