Returns & Exchanges
At Élan D'Or, every piece is individually quality-checked before dispatch. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind — this ensures every customer receives brand new, untouched jewellery. Never worn. Never returned. Yours first.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered.
When Are Returns & Exchanges Accepted?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive visibly damaged or defective. No other reason for return or exchange will be entertained.
How to Raise a Claim
- Record a detailed unboxing video — continuously, from start to finish, with no cuts, pauses, blurs, or blocks. The damage must be clearly visible in the footage.
- Within 48 hours of delivery, send the video along with a written description of the damage to us via WhatsApp : Click Here or email at cs@elandor.in.
- Our team will review your submission within 1 working day and confirm whether your claim is approved.
What Happens Next
- If approved, we'll share instructions for the return or exchange process.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and documentation.
- If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement or exchange will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 business days.
- If an exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Important Notes
- Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
- This policy applies solely to damaged products received at delivery. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.
- Due to the personal nature of jewellery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage at delivery.
