Returns & Exchanges

At Élan D'Or, every piece is individually quality-checked before dispatch. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind — this ensures every customer receives brand new, untouched jewellery. Never worn. Never returned. Yours first.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered.


When Are Returns & Exchanges Accepted?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive visibly damaged or defective. No other reason for return or exchange will be entertained.


How to Raise a Claim

  1. Record a detailed unboxing video — continuously, from start to finish, with no cuts, pauses, blurs, or blocks. The damage must be clearly visible in the footage.
  2. Within 48 hours of delivery, send the video along with a written description of the damage to us via WhatsApp : Click Here or email at cs@elandor.in.
  3. Our team will review your submission within 1 working day and confirm whether your claim is approved.

What Happens Next

  • If approved, we'll share instructions for the return or exchange process.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and documentation.
  • If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement or exchange will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • If an exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Important Notes

  • Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
  • This policy applies solely to damaged products received at delivery. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.
  • Due to the personal nature of jewellery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage at delivery.
