- Pick a ring that already fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Lay it flat and measure the internal diameter in millimetres, edge to edge, starting the ruler exactly at 0mm.
- Match the diameter against the Diameter (mm) column in the chart below.
- Wrap a strip of paper or thread snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet, then measure that length in millimetres — this is your circumference.
- Match it against the Circumference (mm) column in the chart below.
